We where scooting for light painting place while we found this small beach on the Lac du Salagou, South of France. Was so quiet that we start seating and enjoying the view. What an error :) it was on the way of a Raccoon family. We started hearing their groan very few times before being forced to run :) We will remember this place for years and we will still come back for the view :)

I grew up in a very small town in south of France, and I lived there for 20 years, but there are still some places I don’t know, like this one. Even if it is so close from my home, I had never been there. There is always something new to discover, wherever you are. This small hut is for duck hunters. They sit and wait inside it all day long and hunt ducks and other species.

One of the most popular view on Gordes in Provence. Needless to say, that at night time we can find almost nobody there… BTW, you can find this view in one scene in the film “A Good Year” with Russell Crowe & Marion Cotillard.

I took this picture in Marseille, south of France, during a corporate shooting session for a friend of mine which was starting his new activity. We wanted to have pctures that shows nature, health, good vibes and quiet… One of our spot was this beach, with white sand and this unreal color of sea. I saw those little stones on the sand and I suddenly imagined that tom thumb went there ! ;o) I simply pushed the button and here is the fresh result. Hope you enjoy.

My city, my beauty !!! Marseille is the oldest European city over 2,600 years old. From that shot you can see the small island in the creek of Marseille named: Chateau d’if. A beautiful well preserved sea port in the middle of the Mediterranean see :) To visit and live fully for everyone once in your life ! Much better than Paris or other french city ! Marseille once, Marseille always

The Porte d’Orient, or The Oriental Door) - represents the thousands of French-African Colonial soldiers who left from the shores of Marseille to fight in the the Orient during World War I. This marked an important and significant moment in my journey through and across Europe on my bike. I had just cycled the length of France, and subsequently collapsed in an exhausted heap infront of the arch after I took this photo.

This is a picture from my trip to Marseille, France. We were out exploring the city and then we came up to this beautiful church/castle and I just had to take a picture of it! And I believe it turned out quite good:) Alexander Naglestad
